Donations and Payments

When you make a donation through our Services, you agree to provide valid payment information. All donations are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

We use third-party payment processors to handle donations. By making a donation, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors in addition to these Terms of Use.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or our Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Florida, in each case located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Termination

Severability
