Thank you for your interest in VOA Communities. We are currently in the development phase of our first housing communities and are not accepting applications at this time.
As a new organization dedicated to serving former foster youth, we are working diligently to establish our first properties in Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties. Once our communities are ready to welcome residents, we will reopen our application process and notify everyone on our waitlist.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to create safe, affordable housing with supportive services for those who need it most.
